My Story

John Kessenich [BA, MBSR-Certified, AGI Certified] is a meditation and mental performance educator, scientific collaborator and trusted coach working at the intersection of elite performance and meditation.  He has worked with individuals and groups from the age of 4, to clients up to 80 years old. He is the founder of The Inner Game of Volleyball, a revolutionary online mental training center for volleyball athletes featuring a collaboration between multiple Olympians, Neuroscientists, Sports Psychologists and Research Scientists. He is the Associate Director for The Academy for guided Imagery, the world's leading imagery guiding certification program. John specializes in meditation training to enhance awareness, performance and well-being. His approach integrates modern neuroscience findings with practical techniques, making meditation training accessible for individuals and teams seeking to improve their performance and overall well-being.
